Further Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the images.

Furthermore included in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying different parts of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
